AI-DORC (An Artificial Intelligence-based Detection of Oral Cancer)
An AI-powered system which is designed to help in the diagnosis of oral pre-malignant conditions like Oral sub-mucous fibrosis (OSMF) and oral leukoplakia, along with the stage-specific detection of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).
CASSPIT (Cas13a Assisted Saliva-based & Smartphone Integrated Testing)
Saliva is mixed with RNA release chemical agents and heat inactivated. This releases the viral RNA which is transferred to one-pot or two-pot SHERLOCK mix to amplify the signal with RT-RPA. After target detection, activated Cas13 cleaves the reporter. Paper-strips are immersed in the SHERLOCK reaction mix and subjected to LFA. Images of the paper-strips are captured and processed using the mobile app.
